Very rude & poor customer service, despite our patience on pool installation/paid in full (just under $24000), we were basically told if we asked any questions on when installed/ETA we could have our money back. Wishing we had of gone with Aquatechnics or Buccaneer Pools now, so many other options in Perth. Do your research before you settle for this company.

Buy your pool from WA Fibreglass pools!I can’t recommend them enough!From the sales experience with Glen who was extremely knowledgeable and designed a pool system that would actually work and didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive items… To Rod and his install team who communicated effectively leading to a seamless installation and finally Steve the handover technician who ran through all aspects of pool chemistry with me and explained everything thoroughly.The team at WA fibreglass were so professional that having my pool installed was a genuine pleasure.Thanks!

WA Fibreglass Pools are by far a very superior company, that care about service and their clients. We got our pool 3 years ago from WAFP and have had no major problems. The workmanship and after installation service is second to none. Every time I have any issues or question, they are swift to respond with helpful advice, or don't hesitate to send a service person out to help me. It was only yesterday, I had to go in as my pool lights had stopped working after 3 years. Lenny greeted me and remembered me by my name, which is remarkable, as i had not seen Lenny for over two years. Lenny did not hesitate to give me a replacement light transformer, for free, and said if this doesn't work, it will be the lights themselves. As it turns out, it is the lights, and Lenny has given me replacement pool lights for a very reduced price. Thanks Lenny at WAFP, you have my vote.

Had our pool installed today.Awesome experience, all involved have been a pleasure to deal with.Everything worked out as planned.Only ordered in March and installed today.Forget the mainstream big boys, go for the best, they treat you like a customer who they want to retain.Cannot recommend them any higher than that.If you want a pool installation undertaken by experts who deliver on the promises, go for WA Fibreglass Pools

From day one when my family and I walked into WA Fibreglass Pools and were greeted by Lenny we knew there and then that they were the company to go with after doing a bit of shopping around! Len's knowledge and expertise was second to none and answered all of the many questions we had about pools without hestitiation and told us what was our best option and best equipment to use, for what we needed. He also let us try out the pools on display so we could get an idea of what size and design we preffered, which was very nice of him and which our kids throughly enjoyed! We must commend Len for being patient with us, especially during Covid times, as we did take our time to decide on pool size and pricing, where he came out 3 times to our house for a site measure as we were undecisive on whether we wanted the Weekender or Long Weekender, finally agreeing the bigger Long Weekender was the way to go for us; and he then he went above and beyond with pricing, as that was the deal breaker for us, and after many pricing conversations with him and after he spoke with his boss, he came back with a superb price and added inclusions which was within our budget! So thankyou Len and will get you over soon to enjoy that nice icy cold Peroni!A big thanks also to all the install team for doing a professional job and in a timley manner. The build quality of the pool looked fantastic, as we watched it being lifted over our fence and dropped into position!Thanks to Rob for all the questions and help we had over the install, like the extra pipe work we wanted installed which he was able to sort out Luke with little notice to come out to install on a Saturday morning for a very reasonable extra added cost and especially for going above and beyond when we wanted our pool equipment paved under and he was able to sort out Luke once again within a few hours to disconnect all the pool equipment and reconnect a couple of days later at no extra cost, which was just fantastic of him to do! And thanks to Luke for doing a great job!A big thanks also to Steve for a professional handover and his patience on the many, many questions I had about the pool chemistry which he and also Ray copped from me with the many multiple phone calls I have made since our September 2020 install! With me being new to pool chemistry and being pedantic about getting everything right they have both been very helpful, weeks and months after the pool install, which I giving them a big thanks for their service!And lastly but not least, a small thanks to Kellie from the office for organising a few things for us aswell like the swap over with the incorrect pool robot that was supplied and opened and the new plastic cover we needed for our chlorinator!As a whole this company, WA Fibreglass Pools, are a superb company who are there to give people the dream of owning their own pool and piece of paradise in their own backyard for years to come, which is what they have done for my family and I, who are so very, very happy with the end result!WA Fibreglass pools definitley deserve our 5 star recommendation!! We had the absolute pleasure of having our new pool, the Indulgence 5, supplied and installed by WA Fibreglass Pools. They have done a spectacular job and they met our requirements 100%. From the very first visit to Greenwood, Kellie was simply awesome and 4 weeks after install now, I’m still getting answers to basic questions. Nothing is too hard for these guys and I appreciate the level of personal service and support we have received. We love our pool, the Aqua Dive colour, the Waterco equipment and I want to thank, Brendan, Kellie, Rob, Steve, Ray, Brett, the hardest worker of them all LUKE, Jamie, Tommy, Martin and Tyson. You are a very professional team of skilled individuals who made our experience installing a pool simply fantastic. Great work from a WA company I trust and highly recommend.

My wife and I used WA Fibreglass for our pool installation, absolute outstanding service Glenn was awesome listened to our wishes which changed a couple of times but were well accommodated. Everything went as planned, really good staff members Brett was a pleasure to deal with pre install and of course Steve the handover guru awesome job.

I have been doing paving and bullnose installation on a lot of WA Fibreglass Pools since 1999 and can say with all honesty you would be hard pressed to find a better pool company.Salespeople that actually care and have done time on the tools, so they know what works and what doesn't and can help with landscaping ideas drawing on their own experience.Unlike other companies they wont hide costs, only to add them half way through the installation.The owners of the company are extremely professional and are personally part of every install, ensuring the whole process goes smoothly.Installers and bobcat operators that have many years of experience and are very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are looking for a new fibreglass pool.

We recently had our pool installed by WAFP(on March 9th). We cannot thank and recommend them enough. Glenn in the sales office in Greenwood, and Rob who conducted our site visit were excellent to deal with from start to finish, helping us with everything we weren't sure about, and answered all our questions. Rob and the team went above and beyond to have our pool installed and handed over in just 8 days. Incredible service. Steve, who handed our pool over, was superb. His wealth of knowledge was second to none, and made understanding everything we needed to know about looking after our pool so easy. Especially the chemistry of it! And lastly to Mike and his son, Eddie, Dylan(who suggested my wife and I get a pic with our 1yr old son in the deep end of the pool prior to filling - this meant a lot to us and was an excellent personal touch!), Joel, Luke and everyone else involved in our install, we cannot thank you enough. All so friendly and worked their arses off, they made this experience for us one we'll never forget anytime soon. Thank you all! Claire, Michael and Tadhg
