Don't know about others reviews, but I've always had consistently excellent customer service. The main Lady at the store is always willing to provide advice and help, which is great for a novice like me!

Very rude & poor customer service, despite our patience on pool installation/paid in full (just under $24000), we were basically told if we asked any questions on when installed/ETA we could have our money back. Wishing we had of gone with Aquatechnics or Buccaneer Pools now, so many other options in Perth. Do your research before you settle for this company.

They sold me goodies to fix my boat, good prices, I got good results. WIll be back.

A lot cheaper at Bunnings

I bought some Cabosil, an entire pallet, was charged a premium rate compared to other suppliers I have found since, and when we got the product it was lumpy - moisture affected. I phoned and was told that you cant get it any less lumpy, no refund or assistance at all. Funny that they are the only ones selling lumpy product

Came here on the recommendation from some shipwrights and the fellas at the Yacht Grot and Whitworths assuming that I would be able to get some advice from someone with loads more experience than me. Don't come here looking for that. He's got the experience, but he doesn't want to share it. I might as well spend time on YouTube trying to teach myself than assume face to face interaction is still a thing. Good products etc. but don't come asking for help, the bloke couldn't care less. No advice, no real help, just made me feel like an inconvenience - very disappointing. They've got the monopoly here, and they know it. The lady on the other hand was lovely.

I had a vague idea what I needed. I received excellent service and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. I could also buy the quantity I needed and all the bits and pieces to complete my project. Thank you.

I have had a great experience dealing with Simon at Composites Warehouse. Simon has given me heaps of helpful suggestions and guidance on my wedding flower coasters project and everything he has sold me has worked exactly the way he said it would. A great bloke and definitely in the right job!

Great selection, had everything I needed and more. Simon was happy to share his knowledge on Vinylester vs Polyester resins which in turn led me to use a superior product. We briefly discussed parts of my project and I got a detailed explanation on fairing mixtures to use for different parts of it. The handful of knowledge I got from these guys was more valuable than the $500 spent. Will be returning for bigger projects.
