I bought some Cabosil, an entire pallet, was charged a premium rate compared to other suppliers I have found since, and when we got the product it was lumpy - moisture affected. I phoned and was told that you cant get it any less lumpy, no refund or assistance at all. Funny that they are the only ones selling lumpy product

Took a bottle of brand new colour pigment back as it had set rock solid. Was told I couldn't exchange for something else without a receipt even though I paid on my card and they could of checked proof of purchase that way. The lady assistant told me it takes too long. She then proceeded to take the rest of the bottles off the shelf as it was a faulty batch but still wouldn't let me exchange. I have been in the shop on several occasions and have always found them very helpful but this is the first time I've seen this lady and it will be the last as I won't be going there again.

I called up with little knowledge which was pretty obvious. the lady I spoke to was lovely. Their prices were cheaper than i could find on ebay and she gave me heaps of info and helped a lot. I could also buy really small quantities which saved me a tonne.
